We have robust monitoring tools in place that help us keep a check on whether or not the users are complying with the anti-spam policy. Every email you send out needs to be approved until your account has been authorized. We verify all bulk lists that are imported into our system. We have integrated our program into spam reporting systems with large ISPs like AOL and Hotmail. In addition, we also actively screen our abuse accounts and blacklists to identify those who are calling delivery problems or complaints.
In case, if you’re receiving spam emails, foremost, remove yourself from the mailing list through the ‘Unsubscribe’ button that is usually present in the footer of the email. Following, forward us that spam email, along with additional information, and help us investigate the matter.
If at any time, EmailWorkz finds that you’re sending emails to people without their permission, we reserve the rights to terminate your account with immediate effect.
